In order to be eligible for a rebate, you must sign a lease and move into an approved property provided by TenantsDirect.com. The lease must be for six months or longer and you must specify TenantsDirect.com on the guest card and on the rental application as your only referral source, as this will help verify your use of services provided by TenantsDirect.com. Please tell the leasing office that Tenants Direct assisted with finding your new place. Please allow 6-10 weeks after your move-in date to receive your rebate reward. Your lease agreement with the property must detail you as the occupant and you must reside at the property for more than 30 days. TenantsDirect.com will only issue one rebate per lease agreement and if co-signers are approved, the first Rebate Claim form received and verified will be used to issue the rebate. TenantsDirect.com will pay, when allowed by law, one rebate per apartment unit. The property you select must be an approved property with TenantsDirect.com and must be specifically identified as eligible for a rebate on the date of your move-in. We ask that you submit your Rebate Claim form within 60 days after you relocate into the new property. When you sign a new lease and complete the Rebate Claim form, we must be able to confirm that you utilized the services of Tenants Direct to found the property. If the property is unable to verify us as your referral source, we will unable to complete your rebate. The amount of your rebate is based on the commission paid by the property and calculated as follows: For commissions less than $1000, the rebate will equal $100; greater than $1000 but less than $1500, the rebate will equal $200; greater than $1500, the rebate will equal $300. If you have any questions regarding your rebate, please contact us immediately at (800) 653-0104. In the event your rebate is lost or stolen, we ask that you contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We may charge a replacement and express mail fee (if applicable) for any lost or stolen rebates. Theses fees will be deducted from the reissued rebate reward. We do not require that you complete a new Rebate Claim form. Once you let Customer Service know your rebate has been lost or stolen, a new rebate reward will be delivered. Please note that any prior relationship with the property or a referral by another party will make you ineligible to receive the rebate.
