Rebate Terms

To be eligible, your name must appear on the lease agreement as the occupant; you must move in to the rental property and reside there for more than 30 days, and that you will do the following after you have used our services and have found a property:

1. provide written notice to rental property agent that you were directed to the selected rental property by Tenants Direct and include such statement on any and all of the following, the guest card, initial rental application, any initial paperwork concerning your lease and the lease;
2. please visit tenantsdirect.com or call us at (800-653-0104) and complete the Rebate Form providing information concerning the property; email or fax the Rebate Form to 713-589-8704;
3. sign a new lease for the property and be in good standing;
4. submit your Rebate Form within 30 days of the beginning of the term of the lease.
